Burning Man

Burning man is the most diverse, inclusive and expressive community I have ever experienced.  This event is a devotional outpouring of creativity, curiosity and compassion.  The tribe brings forth their artistic inner child in ways that make the divine wonder and awe.  The background thumping of electronic music can be characterized as the beating of an exuberant heart.  There was revelation after revelation as I witnessed and participated in such an amazing celebration of life.  And the recognition of impermanence through the burning, through the flames of ignition, and through the fire of passion captures the entire essence of what it means to be human.
